Construction and Remodeling Company provides general contracting and remodeling services, including but not limited to:

  • Post-construction and deep cleaning

Service availability may vary based on project scope, location, and permitting.

2. Estimates & Payments

  • All estimates provided are non-binding until a written contract is signed.

  • Final pricing may be adjusted due to material changes, unforeseen conditions, or client-approved scope adjustments.

  • Payment terms will be clearly defined in the service agreement. Late payments may incur interest or project delays.

  • Deposits are typically required to schedule work. These are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate information and timely access to the property.

  • Approve design, material, and schedule decisions in a timely manner.

  • Secure all necessary financing before project commencement.

4. Scheduling & Delays

We strive to meet all estimated timelines; however, delays due to weather, material shortages, change orders, or third-party interference may occur. We are not liable for delays beyond our control.

5. Warranties & Liability

  • We guarantee workmanship for [insert warranty period, e.g., 1 year] on completed labor unless otherwise agreed.

  • Manufacturer warranties apply to materials and fixtures where applicable.

  • Construction and Remodeling Company is not liable for:

    • Pre-existing structural issues

    • Client-supplied materials or fixtures

6. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations must be submitted in writing.

  • If cancelled before work begins, the client may be responsible for restocking fees and admin charges.

  • If cancelled after work has started, the client is responsible for all work completed and non-refundable material costs.

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, proposals, documents, and renderings provided by ML Construction & Design LLC remain our intellectual property unless purchased or licensed in writing.

8. Website Use

When using our website, you agree not to:

  • Copy or scrape content without permission

  • Submit false information through forms

  • Attempt to breach site security

We are not liable for third-party links or data breaches beyond our control.

9. Dispute Resolution
